Meet William Ho
Founder and Director of WKKHO Services Limited
William is a lawyer specialising in aircraft finance and leasing. He has over 34 years’ experience advising clients on a broad range of aircraft leasing and financing transactions including export credits, tax leases, operating leases and sale and purchase of aircraft portfolios. His experience covers a variety of structures including Japanese operating leases, French tax leases, European ECA- and US Exim-backed aircraft financing, securitisation, pre-delivery financing and Chinese domestic leases. William is well-versed in corporate and commercial matters and acts as director on a number of his clients’ companies ensuring that the highest standards of corporate governance are complied with.
From 2012 to 2017, William was an adviser to the Economic Development Commission of the Hong Kong Government in setting up the concessionary tax regime for qualifying aircraft lessors in Hong Kong.
William is a Founder Member and the Secretary General of Hong Kong Aircraft Leasing and Aviation Finance Association. He is the Managing Partner at HKKW Law Office and is qualified to practise English law and Hong Kong law. William holds a B.Soc.Sc (Hons) from the University of Hong Kong and a LL.B (Hons) from University College London.
